Recipe Tips

  • To keep your sandwich from getting soggy, toast the bread until it’s golden and crisp. This creates a barrier that helps prevent the mayo and other fillings from soaking into the bread.
  • Rotisserie chicken is a great choice for both ease and flavor—it’s already cooked and adds a savory, seasoned taste without any extra effort.
  • Feel free to make the sandwich your own by adding ingredients you love. Try avocado for a creamy texture or thinly sliced red onion for an extra bite and crunch.
  • If you have leftovers, wrap them in parchment or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 to 48 hours. The bread may soften slightly, but the flavors will still hold up nicely.
